 The basic machine consists of product mixing drum. A drum fitted with both ends by hub shafts which is given support on pillow block bearing. The complete drum assembly mounted on “A” Type fabricated structure which is SS 304 quality cladded. The drive unit consisting of motor, reduction gear box, chain coupling & control panel

The machine meets cGMP requirements with contact parts of SS 316 quality and non contact parts of SS 304 or cladded /covered. All welded joints are argon process ground and well polished to mirror/matt finished. The mixing drum is mirror finished from inside and outside up to 220 grit.

The mixing drum is fitted with baffles for uniform mixing and breaking of lumps. The baffles made from SS 316 quality pipes which is fitted with Stud and Nut and can be easily removed and prefixed for cleaning.
